To My Wonderful Mother xx

I will never forget you my darling mother,
for I loved you more than any other other.
You fed me clothed me dried my tears
Looked after me for many years.

The time then came when I looked after you
as you grew weaker and I instantly knew,
that your time with me was getting shorter
and I heard your words "Goodbye my daughter."

For all the years you took care of me,
I will always remember and treasure
For my dear mother now you are gone
Your memory is with me forever.

My Mother�s Garden

My Mother kept a garden,
a garden of the heart,
She planted all the good things
that gave my life it's start.

She turned me to the sunshine
and encouraged me to dream,
Fostering and nurturing
the seeds of self-esteem...

And when the winds and rain came,
she protected me enough--
But not too much because she knew
I'd need to stand up strong and tough.

Her constant good example
always taught me right from wrong--
Markers for my pathway
that will last a lifetime long.

I am my Mother's garden.
I am her legacy-
And I hope today she feels the love
reflected back from me

Please Think Before You Speak

It does not get any easier being here without you every day,
I wish that people would be more careful in what they have to say,
I may only be your mother in law but that does not mean,
You were my greatest gift that has ever been,
It hurts when I get told I should now be over you,
How can anyone know what we have all been through?
So next time you open your mouth,please think before you moan,
I love my darling mother in law as if she was my own.

Wings Of The Angels



A gentle wind blew cross the land
Reaching out to take a hand
For on the winds the angels came
Calling out a mother's name.

Left behind, the children's tears
Loving memories of the years
Of joy and love, a life well spent
And now to God a mother's sent.

On angel's wings, a heavenly flight
The journey home, towards the light
To those who weep, a life is gone
But in God's love, 'tis but the dawn.

Life is eternal, the good Lord said.
so do not think of your loved one as dead
For death is only a stepping-stone to
beautiful life we have never known,
A place where God promised man he would be
eternally happy and safe and free,
A wonderful land where we live anew
when our journey on earth is over and through.
So trust God and doubt Him never,
for all who love Him live forever,
